International Festival of Innovation From Friday 10 october 2008 To Monday 13 october 2008 SPECIAL FOREIGN DELEGATION A foreign delegation is a composed group of at least a person in charge (of a country or inventors’ association) who : or represent innovating projects of his country and his members (presence of models or prototype compulsory), or come with at least two inventors presenting each one a project with a model or a prototype Conditions of reception of a foreign delegation to the Festival I’NOV : stand free (with tables, chairs, electricity, internet connexion by wifi) invitation of all the delegation in the evenings organized during the Festival accommodation offered for the delegation (inventors and representatives (8 persons maximum) The movement as well as the expenses of food (except the meals during the evenings) stay at the responsibility of the participants of the delegation.
